Recreation Hall
The Rec Hall is available for members to rent for any special occasion. Members sponsoring the event will be responsible for the facilities and any damages related to the actions of their guests. To remain a member in good standing, these costs must be paid. If not paid in a timely manner a lien will be placed on the property and the member privileges will be suspended.
Rates
$250.00/day with a $200.00 refundable security deposit
* A Limited Liability insurance binder naming Lake of the Pines as beneficiary in the amount of $500,000.00 must be obtained and submitted to the office in advance if serving alcoholic beverages during rental of the Rec Hall facility.
The Old Lodge
Pavilion
Pavilion Rental – $45.00/day
Recreation Equipment available for use:
*Disc Golf Discs, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Bocce Set, Volleyballs, Basketballs, Footballs, Soccer balls, Softballs & Assorted Lawn Toss Games.
Recreation equipment may be obtained from the office or other designated areas at no charge. The equipment will be signed out after showing proper ID and the person signing the equipment out is responsible for its return by the scheduled time. Any damage or un-returned item will be billed to the property owner. Lake of the Pines reserves the right not to lend out equipment and/or to suspend the use, once loaned out.
Boat Rentals
Paddle boats, Kayaks, Rowboats, and a Canoe
Boat Rental Prices:
Hourly $ 5.00
Daily $20.00
Weekly $75.00
There is a $20.00 refundable deposit on all boat rentals, in addition to rate.
Pontoon Island
Dock Rental $200/season
Kayak Rack Rental $30/season
* There is a waiting list for those interested in renting a dock on Pontoon Island.
Pontoon Island:
This area is for the docking of watercraft only. Only members in good standing may utilize this facility for docking after obtaining the necessary permit from the office. Watercraft must display a current MC number and Lake of the Pines identification.
Any vehicle on Pontoon Island (parked or driving through), must have a current Lake of the Pines sticker.
No storage of boat trailers or any other items are allowed on Pontoon Island.
Play Ground
At Lake of the Pines we have something for everyone.
* Please note: all children under 12 years of age MUST be supervised at all times while playing at the playground or pool area.
