Lake of the Pines will cap the number of Short-Term Rentals to 2% (16 Properties). Each owner will pay $25 to the office when renting their home and will need guest and vehicle passes for their guests. All owners must have a copy of the “Guest Rules” posted in their home. The guests are responsible for treating Lake of the Pines common grounds with respect. Any and all damages and costs caused by the guests will be paid by the guests. If a guest does not pay, the property owner who sponsored the guest will be held responsible for any damages related to the actions of their guests. To remain a member in good standing, these costs must be paid. If not paid in a timely manner, a lien will be placed on the property and the member privileges will be suspended.
